Open the installer
Run FreeC-Setup.exe from your Downloads.

If Windows warns you
“Windows protected your PC” appears because the installer isn't code-signed yet. Click More info, then Run anyway.

Install & open
No admin rights needed. FreeC opens when setup finishes, and lives in the Start menu.
